Better health that is the nation's song. We have become a nation of out of shape people. Why? Because we allowed ourselves to set in our chair at home, set in our car on the way to work and back, set at the office and set set set while other countries are out working or taking part in sports or at least playing with others in physical games.
Now you add to it the food we consume. We eat fast, eat poorly, eat on the run and eat while we set around watching TV. The food we eat has very little nutrition if you are just a regular eater.
Get a health book and read it. Better health is not hard to accomplish but it is a learning process. I read what I want to know about and I learn.
